Problem No. 1.24

I downloadded FT patch 1.24, but when I try to install it, this error appears:

This program patches Warcraft 3

Registry error loading key 'Warcraft III\InstallPath'
The system cannot find the file specified.


RESULT: Prepatch failed

Can someone please help? I cannot play on battle.net and Garena and I cannot think about *gasp* what will happen if everyone starts to make maps for 1.24.

Can someone please help? I cannot play on battle.net and Garena and I cannot think about *gasp* what will happen if everyone starts to make maps for 1.24.

This means it can't find Warcraft 3 installation directory because the registery key isn't logged. This means you either didn't install Warcraft 3 properly, you moved the Warcraft 3 folder AFTER installation, or you copied/pasted the folder/game from some where.

Reinstall Warcraft 3 and TFT properly to solve this issue.
