Can't Find Install Path

I has a problem updating to 1.21b Patch, It Can't find the Install Path for WC3 is there a specific place that it needs to be or is it the patch being messed up. Is seem to be having the same problem with othe programs such as Magos Model Editor
Here is what it says on the Error Report thing:-

"Blizzard PrePatch v2.70 compiled on Jul 7 2003
This program patches Warcraft 3

The system cannot find the file specified.

you need a registry fixer. after you add the entries install the patch
