Is there a forum where users could submit private resources that could only be viewed and download only by the users that the resource submitter approves>? Or the resource submitter could just submit the map or what and download it him/herself from another comp. If there isn't a forum like that I hope there could be. Sometimes when i travel, i want to dl my maps from another comp so i could edit and play it. I do not like to submit it to the public resources and let them be reviewed by mods when i want them private. But i have no resources i want private atm.

No, but you can Pastebin it, and only give code to your friend or what ever.

Pastebin only lasts a while, you could just use another site. There are plenty that offer free file sharing privately.

Agreee, a lot of people tend to be ignorant not to explore the entire site before uploading their map.

Upload such a resources is like upload a trash, virus and etc etc to our site.
