M0rbid: This skin currently does not meet the Hive quality standards.
You need to put more work into it and read tutorials about texturing, such as linked in the user comments.
Try to focus on proper shading and contrast, there are good tutorials for that. Also I suggest you to take a look at Mr. Goblin's tutorial which gives you a good impression of how structure can be given to your texture.
I will set this skin to "rejected until updated", I suggest you to use this: http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/texturing-surfacing-274/ as a good place to get feedback during this working process.

This won't get approved, I'm afraid. The skin completely lacks shading and highlights, and some of it clearly is recolored, which by the way isn't freehand work. You should go check some tutorials (I'd suggest this one) to improve your skills, and come back when you can provide something better. Oh, and you might want to add a preview of the wrapped skin, as some won't bother downloading it to see how it looks.

Listen. Take this , then draw over it [or directly under it, whichever is fine]. That way you won't have to rely on the original texture. The point is basically redrawing everything in such a way that it doesn't resemble the original texture.
