Preloading spells

Kind of a noobie question. How to preload abilities? They cause a really huge spike when being cast for the first time in the gameplay. same for creating heroes. How to do it?

For heroes you can simply place them in a remote corner of your map and delete them afterwards so that they're included in the loading time, then it should be a bit more smooth when you create them

Not sure about abilities though, if they use dummy casters you can use the same trick and preplace them
