native PreloadEnd takes real timeout returns nothing
native PreloadEndEx takes nothing returns nothing
native PreloadGenClear takes nothing returns nothing
native PreloadGenEnd takes string filename returns nothing
native PreloadGenStart takes nothing returns nothing
native PreloadRefresh takes nothing returns nothing
native PreloadStart takes nothing returns nothing
native Preloader takes string filename returns nothing

What do these do?

Well, Preload just preloads a special effect or image or something into the game so it doesn't lag the first time you use that file. I honestly have no idea why all the others exist...

like he said he's right, in vjass u use preload, but for my own i use it in initialization to preload special effect used often
