Pre game teams!

Look first off i know this is going to be a really easy and dumb problem but for some reason i cant find it!

You know the "pre game lobby" for some reason i have no idea how to....

#1 how to make custom teams.
#2 how to rename "force 1.ect to other things.
#3 lock specific colors to a computer player.
