How can I lock race and color in a game room?

i want to know how to lock the color for a player when they join a game and the race ( like in dota , sw , etc ) mainly so they cant change their color and race ( also i would love to know how to automatically have a bot in the game ( ex computer as brown on other team automatically)

Scenario --> Player Properties --> Players(tab) --> √ Fixed player locations.

Scenario --> Player Properties --> Players(tab) --> Controller: Computer.

i tried that but it doesnt work
EDIT1: ok i found it it wasnt in the player properties it was in forces you just click fixed settings but ty anyways +rep for helping me find out.
