Making race/color/slot locked

Hey on the world editor how do you make it where you cant change your race and stuff when you host the game in the chat room. I have the race chosen on the player propiteries. I have it set to computer but in the game it isnt unchcangable. Please help me out.

Go to scenario menu up the top and go to player propertys and set the races and colours there and set all players and users and fixed position to make things look nicer.
