How to make computer slots

I'm been recently messing around in World Editor and I've been wondering how do you make a slot a computer player without having to host the map then changing it?

Go to ''scenario'' and play with player properties a little.

Go to Scenario / Player properties, then make one of the players Computer and don't forget to use "fixed starting locations".
