Player Slots/Computer Slots

When I play some games on B-net, I notice that some slots are occupied by computers permanently. I cannot figure out how to do this in my own map. Is it something in the Player Properties? I tried going to Player Properties and changing the Controller slots to Compuet, but it still lets human players into that slot.

It is very simpel:
Look under forces... in player properties (where you changed some players to pc. Then make two forces or more (if you want) and tjeck the fixed player properties. Done..:
