I'm setting 3 computer player in player properties but when i host it. there 3 slot don't have a computer user on.

Check the fixed player settings box.

Make it User then let the player decide which is the Computer - (Easy,Medium,Insane)

Scenario >>> Force Properties >>> Fixed Player Properties

Note: You may need to set some Forces first to enable Fixed Player Properties.

@jakezinc, I think he wants to do exactly the opposite. Preventing the players from changing the slot on player 3. So the fixed player settings should do it.

Remember to set a separate force for Player 3 and to trigger the alliance things in case you wanted to ally Player 3 with someone.
