How to lock player options? {so the player can't change color or race}

How can I lock the player options so a player can't change colour/race and how can I make a computer locked in one spot?
When I change this in Scenario it still won't lock em.

In the Scenario Properties Window, click on the Force Properties Tab. Check the "Use Custom Forces" box, and then "Fixed Player Settings" below it, and you should be good to go.
