Plague question

Hello,
do someone know how i can make a plague with a Trigger?

Exemple: Like the Illidan-burning-Footsteps, there should allways create a plague-field (same with un-plagueing a Plague^^)

Um, do you by chance mean Blight? like the unit makes the ground black and blighted wherever he goes?

and also i want one or more units become few effect or somethin' when they enter a blighted/plague area

Maybe a Condition or something
