Actually quite useful as an alternative Shipyard, and good use of in-game textures. Looks like it would fit well in Wc3.

Very useful in the Life of a Peasant (LoAP) 's Maps and it can be used props in the sea or lakes in the cinematic shots to make it more realistic!.

Really great model especially with all the small details you added to it. Though you're again using one texture (wooden planks) repetitively on nearly everything.

This is simply amazing. I like that at work animation that the beacon light, just shows how creative you are doing some extra things and stuffs in models.
