I just right clicked on the comic page, then "save as...". Then opened in paint.net, and cropped part I wanted. Easy.

mac got a grab tool, just select the area you want as a pic, or window, and capture it :>

Hail is right, a comic page is an image.Right click it and select "save as", and save it. Then use any program to edit it.
