Actually I am beginning to doubt, this model could have been easily ripped (mesh). Thats why the polycount is so big. Warcraft 3 can not handle too many polygons, if you place a 5-10 of these- World Editor will crash.
Warcraft does not really have a problem with many polygons, but it does have a problem with many geosets. Warcraft can easily draw over half a million polygons on the screen, but after that things will start to screw up for you.
