Pastebin Improvements?

Could it be possible to get same options to pastebin as there is in "advanced posting"?

Such as automatic bolding, italic and underlining icons and BB-code creation? Also the automatic coloriser would be nice so that I don't have to check every time if some colour is "Sienna" or "Dark Orchid" via Advanced posting window.

Currently there's none (as far as I know).

Sheeh, the pastebin is totally troublesome. I upload a Gif and it somehow turns it into a JPEG. Even Ralle doesn't know how to fix it.
