[Solved] Paragraphs in tooltips! HELP

ok so im making a game and to make things simple i have a few little things to help my fellow noobs.

the above is how id like it to be displayed (and yes their colour coded.
but i dont know the command to make paragraphs in tooltips so it looks like this

E.G. is generic workshop
Description: Provides basic items and basic upgrades. Build Time: 20 seconds. Important: Return Lumber Here.

how it should look is

You can also add colors to the tooltip. There was a tutorial for that, but i can't find it. Search for it!

You can also press Ctrl + Enter (or was it shift?).

Use JNGP, theres a built-in colorizer. In the colorizer, you can just Ctrl+N to jump to the next line

and i already have the colours, just did not know how to new line.
