I upload them on Lowpoly Workshop and Chaos Realm;
the reason I dont upload them here is I 'm not a pro animator and I'm way too lazy to add the blood, footprints etc, etc; I'm just a humble modeler and painter.

While it is a nice trick to get a smoother looking model, you should edit it further after subdivision, to get a much better effect, just smoothing it works on very few models and doesn't give too many benefits (aside from shading looking a bit nicer, though still inaccurate). Though I see you aren't particularly interested in doing anything high poly anyway.

I Just need the meshes to be smoother in combination with the Specular Map... If I were to make a really accurate normals map, the recommended way would be to make the sculpture in Zbrush or such, then substantially reduce the tris while keeping a good topology with one of Zbrush's tools and baking the details to the low poly texture.
well I want to be the best I can be on this niche since iOS games are super fun to make and since I have a long term job now in this domain.
So far I made 24 characters for this game, each 350-ish tris
