thanks a lot guys!

Ampharos_222 well the unanimated mdx for the orc is 50 kbs which is not so bad .. maybe animated he will get at 120 kbs.

the knight animations are under construction. he has normal anims - without the horse, morph anim in which he gets on the horse and alternate in which he rides the horse. he also has a stand in which he gets his helmet off. his weapon, helmet and cape are separate geosets which means they can be used as items with attachments.

The meshes look good for a game like warcraft, also I really like the templar knights, that's just a good idea to model.
However I think you can get more quality out of your textures.
The orc for example, while the abdomen is actually rather well done, the rest of the texture looks rather boring and monotone, aswell as undefined. I suggest trying to work on your textures some more, otherwise you could scale them down more and save some filesize by it. Could work too.

Anyways nice models here and with this I am subscriping. Hope to see some updates!

The would be very useful, keep up the good work!
(The Orc's attack animation shown in video 2 looks like he is barley trying to attack).

I'm no modeler, so excuse me if I'm a little blunt, but the orc looks a little weird, he looks a high poly version of some model taken out of Runescape ._.' I suppose it's the textures, like M0rbid mentioned. That skull on his shoulder looks weird too, maybe you should scale it down.

Now that gallion or whatever it is, as well as the "Reaper" look awesome. Do you animate the models on your own? Regardless, can you add that violent Beastmaster attack animation to the "reaper"? I think it'd fit greatly as a "scratch-on-your-face" animation.

well from what i've seen so far anim transfer works if the models are very similar and same size, identical bones so it's too difficult. thanks for the tips. i think i can reproduce that animation for the orc tho.. looks doable and i know its texture needs extra work. the knife guy's texture is also still wip
