Is there any possibility to make a single unit have a model variation (without trigges or codes)? For example, a necromancer uses raise dead, since skeleton have more than one variation, one will raise as model X and the other a model Y, randomly. Or you train footmans, then they will appear with random models.

Well, you could make different versions of units where they have different models. Certain summoning abilities allow for some randomization in what they actually summon.

As for trained units, you need triggers for that. You'd still be making different versions of the unit for each model though, and replacing them as needed when they enter the map.

yeah, that's not what I want. :( I'm making a undead map, so I need somehow, variations of skeletons, and raise dead don't spawn randomly units.

WC3 does not natively support this due to the age of the game. You can simulate by making multiple unit types with identical stats but different models and then randomly swapping them upon creation. Hacky and a lot of work to maintain so I would generally recommend staying away from this feature unless really necessary.

StarCraft II does support this feature natively. It is demonstrated by the Dark Templar which have a dual phase blade and double sided scythe variations.
