Hey guys, i need some suggestions for this icon because i don't know, if i'm done with it or not.. will make a background for him soon. (The picture is based on Pedo bear :3)

As I told you, you should really first draw the shapes, THEN start colouring and shading.
It's much easier to tweak stuff that way, only start working on if you're happy with the first few steps (shape).
It currently looks a tad incoherent.
