Off Topic Mini Contest: Code Breaker

Well, since the contest was unapproved, I decided on posting it here. You have two codes, both of which you must combine to get a sentence of two words. Each code has a hexadecimal value that must be broken through, and after that, by using logic, you must interpret the numbers into letters, but be wary, things do not look as they seem, and you might fall into a trap...

Use the Hex editor below to decrypt the codes.

SUBMISSIONS MUST BE POSTED THROUGH A PM, AND WIPS ARE REQUIRED (Also through PM). In given time, they will be made public, with specific info censored.

The contest lasts until somebody breaks the codes. Reward will be an avatar similar to mine, but instead of CAN_YOU, BREAK and THE_CODE frames, will be your name with THE_CODE_BREAKER and WINNER slides.

The codes will be shown as soon as enough people joins.

Before you start on breaking the codes, say whether you join or not.

I recomend after it has been solved, you post the orignal code and the answer, just for those who did not get it.

Ok, and HINDY decided to help me out with the codes. We will use binary, hex, some complex math and basic graph functions with some hidden traps, so by using Google, you'll just move far away from the answer
