Absk, Adef, Amdf, ANms, AEim, AHds (Berserk, Defend, Magical Defense, Mana Shield, Immolation, Divine Shield)
These abilities don't stop the current order of the caster when used
also order ID "851994" (Build Menu) or moving items to slots

But when you order unit to do any "No target" order with triggers it will stop
1.)
is there any way to avoid that?
2.)
or do i have to re-order him the last given order
(that will not look as good as avoiding it)

- i know someone asked something like this before, but the thread was not solved
- i know for Force Hotkey thing, you dont have to point that out

(Not Solved)

I think you'll need to save current unit's order and then after you order your unit to cast your spell,re-order old order. (So many orders)
Make a trigger that will register any order of your unit then save order and target point/unit/item.
Re-ordering is not so good as ingoreing the order but as far as i know that will be the only way

but its hard because there is many types of order

target unit/item/dest
target point
no target

Are you sure that if you order them via triggers they have to stop?
For example, ordering a paladin to divine shield?
On another note, I think there are some abilities that remember the orders that were given to the units before they were cast... At least when you're a user. Perhaps Roar is one of them.

Besides, it will interrupt channeling and spell casting...

I think the best solution is to create a dummy that is ordered instead. Of course, it all depends on why you want to order an unit by trigger.

after no target order by trigger unit will stop
the only thing that could fully solve this is some custom script
