The news page stretches for resolutions under 900p.

The width really should be limited, I think this should go for posts too.

Instead of limiting by pixels maybe try by percentages.

Also, in the bug reports forum you have to select a prefix when posting, when clearly it should always be [Unsolved] initially.

900p is the height, so 1600x900 is a relatively big resolution, just under 1920x1080.

I'm on a laptop with a 720p resolution and I know many people have even lower than that.

Same resolution here, 1600x900 and 720p resolution on my laptop.
I have the same issue, the News page is just too big for the complete screen.

I had this issue for years. I don't get why the vertical resolution can be a problem? Stretching is only in width.

The height isn't the problem, that's just how you define resolutions

I think wc3c has a feature where if it stretches the post, a horizontal scroll bar appears on the post. Maybe you could consider that. Or if that's too much work just limit the width by a percentage on the vBadvanced settings page.
