It is in a barangay or city in Cavite, I can't remember but they enforced banning of DotA in all computer shops in their jurisdiction and I heard some organizations or what are planning the enforce it in other places.

like the one above says, it's only in some area but it doesn't mean that it wouldn't stop the lawmakers from totally banning that particular game.
