NewGen Sound problem

Hi, someone know how can I import a custom sound with NewGen pack?
I tried and my map bugged in a crazy way, after I removed the sound and tried the import again the sound just not play, and seems other people have the same problem with it.

Is there a way to use custom sounds in NewGen?
