New Style

I am very proud to announce you that a new style has been released:Scarlet Crusade. With so many black and not so colored styles, I thought a red theme would come extremely well. The style is not completely finished, as it still lacks custom buttons, but they will surely be made, especially if I get a positive reply to the style. Enjoy!

The background should not be red but something else, imo. But besides from that this looks very good and the buttons fits nicely and arent used on the other themes anylonger in that color, are they?

The top image is nice, that girl fits in very well.

But I think you should create your own ones, like you said yourself.

Well, I like the way that the icons match each other in the looks on all styles but in different colors on each, it's cool.

Well... I chose it to be red as it is the main color of the scarlet crusade. Ofcourse the girl fits the theme. She is a scarlet crusader.

camel... well, by now all the styles were dark and grim, so I thought a more colored one would be a good addition.

brad... I don't know about any other styles. I thought I should contribute as an admin with a new style, as there weren't many.

I looove this style! And I love the Scarlet Crusade! Plus, it doesn't hurt my eyes when I look at the screen anymore! Of course, it never did. But I like the color red.

Daelin could you try to do a test with black background instead of red? Just to see how it looks like? Because I think that might take the ultra-redness off of the theme, making it a little easier to look at

, because i like dark stille, and i edited avatar and filled it with parts of Ralle - Dark theme... Are those going to be something like Wc3camps (they look a bit too detailed and it seems that your eyes cant take much longer.)

Daelin I meant the color scheme really striking. I like the troll one at wc3c because it has a nice, easy on the eyes, color scheme. A nice calm green and brown.

And what is this dwarf one everyone is talking about?

it's best theme hive ever had, i've seen it years ago... when i returned to hive and got an account (i've been guesting so far), i had to see hive all reworked with vBulletin and so... Nothing beats dwarf! They dont have greatest strength in wow for nothing!

Yeah, Dwarf was a good theme, but I agree with Bob in that he removed it because all it was was grey. Lots and lots of grey. The image at the top was my favourite part, but alas, you can't have it all, and I was hoping he was going to rework it based on that image at the top, so it would be more of a snowy theme...

OK well for my Dwarf Theme I don't think I was actualy the one who removed, but i'm gonna start trying to make my dwarf theme again once this one is finished completly.

Oh wow! These buttons are phenominal! I love the colours for the text and everything and the backgrounds are really awesome! btw, what font did you use for the text? Or did you create the letters by hand? I really like the font anyway

The font is a classic of mine: Black Chancery. Ooops, I see I forgot some buttons. I'll put the old ones and customize them later. In the meantime I have added... tam tam tam tam: Poll icons.

Black chancery... I'll definetly have to google it, I really like it. My fav fonts are galaxy monkey, sanctuary, icarus and ackbar.

Even though there are still some unchanged icons, I want to consider the skin complete. I added new icons for statistics at the bottom of the page. If you have any complaints or requests, let me know and I may take them in consideration.

It looks pretty complete to me, and eventhough i'm not a scarlet crusade suporter, I can't help but love the colours used in this theme. All crimson-ey and such. Very excellent.
