New Race: Forsaken

Hello, I am Rpgman509 I had tried this once before and tried to let people decide what to make... that is a dumb idea i do not suggest it to anyone who is trying to do something productive. Now I am back and have already created these units with more on the way!!!

Ok, sounds interesting. Show us what u have made as models, abilities, tech-tree, skins, etc.

I have not made any models or icons that has all came from hive I will give full credit to all the users though I also have modified Warcraft Units to make new looks and features. I have done balancing and made abilities.

That would be good for some but I really don't wanna put "Forsaken" before everything. Also I thought one of the major differnces between Forsaken and Scourge was that the Forsaken were the free Souls where as scourge consisted of more skeletal bone things. I was playing Evolution of the Races when I saw that they have the Forsaken (Forsook) included in their game. It started to give me ideas so you guys should go look at those and see if we could get some custom models for it :grin:

Well it looks good so far, im making a forsaken race for my next map aswel, basilay what defines Forsaken are: strong ranged units (ro reflect Sylvanas's heritage), banshee and soul stealing ethereal type units and alchemists/potion type troops. as I said sounds like you've thought about all this already but whats the Pharoh all about? Hes the only unit that dosnt seem to fit in my opinion.

The forsaken also has second leader, the dreadlord..
So any gargolyle will fit with the theme of forsaken race, they have no home, so they must have a ''moveable'' building to easer base move, like NE, but, they must have a unmoveable base building...
Like the town hall and the basic army builder..
Hmm...
To make it ease, the ziggurat act as base army builder with attack, nearly same As the NE building...
So, what do you think?

I agree with you in every way! In fact we might just wanna combine our Forsaken races.... and about the Pharaoh... he was going to be part of my campaign but then I decided he would be unnessicary. I forgot to update :grin:

That is great! I totally forgot about the Dreadlord under Salvanas' control! And about the units... Gargoyle should stay a combat unit in my opinion for balance reasons. And also if the ziggeraut attacked like a Anchient of War that would be taking some NE advantages and giving them to undead. For balance reasons it might not work... However the idea is great! and if I can do the balances it might just work!

Also I will not be using this thread for a little bit while I am working at the Voice Acting Contest I will be back soon WISH ME LUCK!
