Neutral Extra player bug!

Someone please help me to find the issue of one pesky trouble.
When I'm launching thunderbolt or pause the units owned by Neutral Extra or Neutral Victim they don't do this, they just continue attacking and moving all the stun time!
I really need to fix this but don't catch how to.

You sure you are not suffering from a trigger related fault (where a trigger is firing code resulting in this behaviour).
