Net Framework Rollback Error

Hi, I came here for help with my .Net Framework, I can't go to the main site of .NET Framework so I decided to help. I was gonna update my Paint.NET 3.5 > Paint.NET 4.0 (2014 Version) so I updated it well, It came out well till this Rollback Progress popped out I was frustrated so I decided to seek help with you guys, Please solve this problem. The reason of this Rollback is Fatal Error.

Uninstall all version of NET framework you have and get the ones you need from here: http://filehippo.com/download_dotnet_framework_4

Secondly, do not bump only 3 hours after posting the topic, this subforum is inactive enough that it will be visible for months without any bumping.

Okay, I'm gonna uninstall all of it, But it might damaged all my programs applied with the .Net Framework.

I think it's a risky part of uninstalling all the .NET Framework because it will disrupt all functioned .NET programs
