No wonder your laptop had some kind of breakdown, if you talk about it using such harsh words...
But anyway, what did you expect from us exactly with this thread?

Depends on what kind of "fixing" your laptop needs. Is it heating up too much? Probably just needs to be properly cleaned. At the most, you would need to check whether the fan is spinning properly (might need replacement) and change the thermal paste. All of this is pretty simple to do on your own, you can find lots of Youtube tutorials how to disassemble nearly any particular model of a laptop.
The battery doesn't hold up for long? At most, you would need to replace it. Batteries are not expensive, and replacing them mostly is as simple as taking old one out, and inserting the new one.
Generally, most of the fixes you can do on your own. And the only that will cost you are replacement parts, tools, maybe thermal paste.
Though then again, this was probs just a troll post.
