Need modeling help

Ok, i got the W3 modeling editor But i have no idia how to make a (NEW) one i can only edit them, i also need help on what "bones" and all that junk is. and is there anything that is free for modeling paint, i have only found paint shop pro or whatever but that was selling for about 150$

skinning=the texture of a model(in wc3 terms no pro terms)

modeling=the mesh of a model and its creation.


go to the concept art section and look in the stickies for art programs.

and as for the modeling, im very sure there is a stickied thread on it.

i think your asking how to model and how to make a skin.

if so modeling no luck from me i suck at it.

but skining id say use gimp or photoshop

yea im trying to model/skin but i dont have the tools could you link me them? all i got is the mdx-what ever converter and the warcraft3 model editor but thats it

As indicated, plenty of tools are available for download.

oinkerwinkle.com provides some tools and tutorils describing how to use them.

PSP 4.12 (shareware) is old but still works as a last resort.

O, Wow thanks wolverabid XD but this is before i try them ill get back to you soon to tell you how it goes well i cant work one of them without mdx max or watever i forget the name but do you know were to get that?
