Is there a way to make it so an effect happens (on the target) AFTER the projectile from a spell hits the target, instead of using the Art - Target part? Because that just makes it happen instantly...
uhm beside of that part within the ability itself, I think it's only possible with triggers..
maybe you can work with some prepared events like units takes damage or something like that..
else you need to calculate the time, range between caster and target, spell missile's speed, etc.. and then calulate the time for it..
Cant calculate time because the target can move so it will be innacurate. And a unit takes damage event wont work either because the unit can take damage from anything, not just that spell. I might use a dummy unit for the missile and check when it is in range of the target.
