Need help with barrage -.-

Hey guys, could any if you guys help me with the ability from human barrage?
When i try to use barrage it wont work and all that stuff, but when i finally tryed
one more time it worked but it was many bug i dident like :

When i remove barrage from Techtree - Requirements, it wont work, so i must build to let it work if u understand from workshop, any ideas whats wrong?

And barrage only hit air, but not grounded, one time did i take on almost all at Stats - targets allowed but i dident work, only air :S

barrage did only work for the Human tank -.-
uff have tryed to fix barrage in 1h and 30 min but didnt work so im asking you guys to help me Sorry for my bad english

Ok cmon, why PM? Other people might have this problem and you just stopped them getting the answer quicker.
