NEED HELP!!! so frustrating..

Hey guys, sorry I basically have my map done but I can't seem to figure out how to get gold bounty off of computers when they are killed. For some reason I can only get gold off of 'neutral hostile' but I need the enemy a computer for this map. I'm sure the answer to this is so very simple but I have just found it so frustrating the last few days trying to figure out how to make it so I can. Any help would be much apreciated, thanks.

Events
Map initialization
Conditions
Actions
Player Group - Pick every player in (All players) and do (Actions)
Loop - Actions
Player - Turn Gives bounty On for (Picked player)

Here it is,and by the way,to find bounty on,go in player - Turn Player Flag On/Off
