[Need Help mdlvis] How to attach models?

Hi i need help attaching models using mdlvis. years ago theres a youtube tutorial but it got disabled or taken down its a tutorial attaching models aside from the current opened file. I'm planning to attach a frost effect on arthas model but i forgot how to (i somehwat recall the video doing a bone and pasting part) if you guys could provide me instructions or still have other links of that video that'd be great! thanks
