Need Changed COLOR - Very easy, please help

I want the Sludge Monster to be light green, instead of Dark Blue/Purple.
It needs to get skinned, but i dont have the programs and the skills.

Can someone please do this for me?

I have this problem that the editor, in fact, IGNORE .mdx files and says that cannot load .mdl files(cuz it wants .mdl files and the file .mdx isn't right for it). What do i do to solve this problem?
