ive tryed tripod but i cant work it out and when i think i did they tryed to charge me money does it cost any thing to have a website?? and what are some other servers i can try??

Webspace costs... and if it doesnt cost it usually sucks and has a lot of garbage Advertising

There are tons of servers on the internet... a search and you'll get dozens of results.
Some are free which offer good amount of features but still not good enough.

To make a website, you could use HTML or a program. Then just upload it.

@Sopho: How can you just upload it? Wouldn't you have to use a free website?
One other question, how could I make my own server? :?
