I would like to create a website with forums and be able to post maps, pics,links, and other stuff. (Free of Charge would be appreciated)But i dont know how. Help?

ok well unless you find a free file uploading server you cant have a free forum that is able to let you download things i think

1. you need to know HTML
2. you need to know PHP (if you want to create your own else goto a free forum thing like phpbb)
