Need a list of the paths for some Dota icons + few models

Anyone knows the path to these icons (from DotA):
Butterfly
Monkey King Bar
Eagle Horn
Buriza
Split Shot (Medusa's skill)
Phantom Lancer('s icon)
Enigma('s icon)
Ancient Apparation('s icon)

And models:
Phantom Lancer
Enigma
Ancient Apparation

The item icons can be found under the World of Warcraft icons on this site. I saw a lot of the dota items while searching through the icons They are closer to the end, so it is probably best to start at the end and go backwards through the pages.

Not sure if the ability / hero icons are there, though.
