What do you mean ? Item being orbs and not stacking with each other ?

No.. Just a list of abilities which is an Orb Effect or Buff placer. Most of it is passive right?

If you don't have anything against it, you should take a look at dota items index Items
Orbs
and see the mechs page
They cover most if not everything about orbs and buffs from WC3
