You have three options then. You can:
1) ask admins about it, or if they can allow that model to be edited.
2) reach the author of that model somehow... and ask him/her for permission.
3) deal with the fact that you can't have that model ghostified.
Instead of just doing this the hard way to get rep spam, why don't you just teach people how to do this in magos?
It's as easy as this:
1. open the model.
2. open the material manager.
3. Click on the material, then the material layer.
4. Sett filter mode to additive.
And that's it!
If there are more materials or material layers, just do them all once at a time.
Seriously, i think this is kind of dishonest.
Newbestyle, xXxTWiST3DxXx and Goldendemon, your models are done. Tell me if everything is okay and functional. Oh, and Goldendemon, I wasn't quite sure did you mean the warden hero or warden/assassin unit, so I made both.![]()
This thread isn't any of your concerns, so if you don't stop posting useless and non-contributory posts, I'll have to report you for spamming. If you're not here to request anything, then you can go away and forget about this thread. He is actually using an mdx/mdl file converter to make them into text based mdl files, then he just retypes a small line to make the materials additive.
But it could be done in 20 seconds using Magos War3 model editor.
That's why this thread is so lame.
Strange, I though I added her... sorry about that, here she is now.Yep... Kind of you taking all that work on you, but... Where's my Sylvanas? :-c
And btw: What tool are you using for this? The "War3 Model Editor"?
