Here are some screenshots from Goblin Workshop Naruto-based project - Naruto Nindogatari. 4 people from the Guild are working on this landsacpe. Hope you'll like it or have some suggestion for it's improvement. But before commenting, you should remember that an ORPG genre is a multiplayer map type, so the map-size is limited.

I think the textures are cartoonish enough, however what does not look much like Naruto is the architecture itself.
Naruto got a very peculiar mix of modern-traditional architecture with almost steampunk elements and your terrain is much more feudal period, neither I remember any water canals in Naruto ever but then, I'm not a big fan of the series.

However given that you are limited by resources I do think the terrain itself is nice.
It looks soothing and colorful, certainly something I'd enjoy looking at while playing, if it fits the theme of course.
Even the strangely purple water is fitting.

I like the overall way it looks except the large number of boats in the canal and the red lantern. You should go for more of a golden sunset fog style, at least in my opinion.

Thank you all for comments. All the screenshots are made on the terrain around the Konoha village territory. I'll ask our terrainers to make some additional screenshots to show how cities look like there.

Btw I've fixed all the pictures, but I still don't know how to "hide" them under a "spoiler". Can anyone help me?))

Textures can always be optimized which reduces size. B2M's textures can be reduced from 50 Mb to around 11 Mb. THat's 5 time smaller. Take it into consideration.

-_- I know about texture weigth reducing, models poly-count cutting. We've got the best modeller I've ever seen, and he's really mad about models weigth. And the map you see on screenshots is only 2 MB. But we'll need tons of icons, and more models of units with different textures for each model... So our modellers prefer to make all the models by themselves to avoid high model sizes. Take IT into consideration =D
