I think you should add more doodads, like crates and stuff. It looks rather simple as it is right now, but it doesn't look bad.

The doodads don't really fit with each other, the brown and the blue-black I mean. Try sticking to only one color, or blending several together, this just looks kinda messy.

Make it look like a ice place (with the blueish stuff)? Whats in the backround, its a little messy.
