I found this powerfull tool "Manga Studio Ex 5"
It has a tool called "brightness to opacity" there. Really helpful if you dont have scanner and tablet, so you can digitaly draw your draw.

1 So first you draw on a paper
2 Then you take a picture
3 After that open the image with Manga Studio
4 (optional) make it black and white
5 Then, adjust the brigtness and contrast
6 Finally, convert it. the white will be transparent and the line will be visible

as fas as i know, only this program that can do that
hopely you like it

I suck at explaining. :<
