My Skin/Model Texture Problem (Alpha?)

Well, I have a Skin im working on for a map im making, its a centaur archer skin:

Its of course a .tga -> .blp (The image I should there was a .png because Imageshack dosn't like .tga)

It works perfectly in Warcraft 3 viewer:


But in Warcraft World Editor...


The Texture path is simply: Centaurelitebow.BLP
So, I've no idea whats going wrong
So I ask you THW
Can you please help me fix my texture?

the Program I used was BlpConv (not the one that came with the Viewer, but another one) and I used Photoshop to edit the texture.

Ok I re-converted the .blp, still dosn't work (this isnt the 1st conversion, I've converted 1 texture and many more icons)

What other programs should I use?

After Dling the .dll file and using the new .blp, well... you can guess...
