My Monitor is mad.

My buttons on the monitor,working without pressing them sometimes,so i don't understand why.
So they reducing the brightness ,and the contrast,or they just pushing the brightness ,and the contrast back to 100%.
In main the buttons working alone without pressing sometimes,and i don't know why.
Can u guy please help me,PLEASE?

Did a cat abuse it by any chance? That is the cause of most of my electronic problems with similar symptoms.

I have never see my cat pissing on my monitor,and be sure ,that i have never see her pissing in my house.

Are you sure it is the controls? It looks like a CRT so it could the electron gun giving problems (as that controls brightness and contrast). If it is the controls it should show on display brightness and contrast being adjusted.

Was anything spilt on them? Were they used heavily?

Otherwise perhaps a capacitor used by their control circuitry has blown. Might be time to look for a new monitor or LCD screen.
