My map question thread

Im using a Sunken Ruins tilset for my map that contains much things inclouding a small AoS part. Now which two races should i use here. One should be Horde and one Alliance. But which races should I use. And dont say naga???

Coastal Elves... they could have a better name than that but elves that have evolved along the coast and have taken magics of the water and tropical types.

Well yeah but take it like this if you belong to "the bad forces" than you wont think your bad but you will think the others are bad so practicly I cant make it be like Bad and Good forces.

This is my idea - The Deep Deceivers - Formed by Murguls, Makuraras and Giant Turtles. They hero can be a Deepsea God (a Sea Elemental can be good, or import a model as you wish).
This can be used as the "bad side"

The horde force could be humans. But not the normal footman etc. but more evil looking mercenaries and stuff.

Whats about plunders? and the Coastal Elvens will need to defend theyr island from the invaders xD

Hmm, well maybe but since I allready made the elves to be the ally's side. All the buildings would be simular with the other side and unit models too, so I think I would rather go with something orcish like. Maybe anyone knows which one???

Just take the ogres, or some ruined ogres... or an coastal ogres that unite with the murlocks without any nagas

possibly! but no, I was thinking more light greenish-blue elves that have simply learned the ways of the sea since they live daily along side it.

Well the map Im making isnt about swiming, and it isnt an RPG so practicly they wont swim maybe they will fish if someone makes me a model of a fishing elf.

Well it would be like half-naga, but I cant do scaled elves coz I am not that very good at skinning,

I do good skin recolours if I spend more than 2 days per skin but I need to work on shading (not a bit, but very much)

don't combine with naga, they should look like elfs- not naga.

don't give them scales, just make their skin blue-green with a recolor skin and their hair a shade of darker green and blue.

seaweed for hair, greenish tinted skin. i think i will recolor the boots and change the moon to something else...
